Pick Everard’s new design team completes HQ refurb
Pick Everard’s recently formed interior design team has completed its latest project – the revamp of the firm’s own headquarters.
The in-house team at the national property, construction and infrastructure consultancy, has carried out the redesign of the company’s Leicester headquarters.
The firm, which has offices across the country, including its Derby office in Queen Street, is based at Halford House, in Leicester.
The changes have created new “agile” working spaces, including formal working areas, an executive space, collaborative and informal meeting zones, breakout areas, presentation space and a number of meeting rooms.
Bespoke furniture has also been brought in, along with privacy screens and new storage spaces.
Associate Anna Bly, who heads up the interior design team, said the redesign “personifies” the brand, “reflects its core values, enriches company culture and drives performance in the organisation”.
She said: “Working on our own space meant that we have been able to showcase the best of our services, incorporating bespoke joinery, lighting and metalwork, combined with the clean studio design to create the modern finish.”
David Shaw, national design director at Pick Everard, said: “As a multi-disciplinary practice, we are able to carry out a full range of services for clients, but the interior design experts we have in-house allow us to add a huge amount of value to architecture and design projects over the last year.”
Pick Everard dates back to 1866 and now employs more than 500 architects, engineers, surveyors and project managers across its 13 offices, providing a range of project, cost and design consultancy services.
