EMA Training marks five years with rebrand

Apprenticeship provider EMA Training has marked its fifth anniversary with a rebrand.

Before the current lockdown, the firm, which was founded by chief executive Tracey Mosley, unveiled its new branding at a ceremony held at its offices, known as the EMA Hub, in Siddals Road.

In front of assembled guests, EMA Training’s non-executive chairman, Richard Gerver, helped unveil the new look.

Since being founded in 2015, Tracey and her team have achieved strong recognition across the East Midlands.

Milestones include the appointment of a management board of directors towards the end of last year, which includes James Stafford as chief operating officer and Matt Edwards as sales director.

Tracey herself was recognised as a finalist in 2019 at the Enterprising Women in Business Awards for Female Entrepreneur, while the firm achieved a more than 100 five-star Google reviews.

According to the management board, turnover trebled in its last financial year – and the firm has plans to do the same this year.

Tracey said: “I’m incredibly proud to reach this milestone – but I am even more proud of our team and the hard work that they demonstrate on a daily basis to achieve our vision, which has got us to this point.

“It has been a rollercoaster five years, with some great achievements, some turbulent times, lots of learning but most importantly, we have impacted greatly on hundreds of young people’s lives.”
