Bondholder Staton Young has opened its second state-of-the-art workspace in the East Midlands under its Cubo brand.

Earlier this year, the company opened its first Cubo site in Victoria Street, Derby, in a building known as the Old Post Office. Now, the firm, which is based at the Derwent Business Centre, in Clarke Street, has launched its second Cubo site in Nottingham.

The company has converted a building called Fenchurch House, in King Street, to provide private office space, co-working space with hot desks, designated desks and meeting rooms.

The property features a communal lobby area, providing both lift and stair access to all the floors. The private offices cover four floors, each with their own communal space, kitchens, printer stations and meeting rooms.

It also has an open plan floor, which is dedicated to co-working space, complete with its own in-house barista, kitchen and meeting rooms.

As at the Derby site, tenants have access to the building 24/7 and benefit from a range of services, such as refreshments, mail handling, printing and super-fast broadband.

As well as opening sites in Derby and Nottingham, plans are also in place to open a Cubo site in Sheffield.

Rebecca Brough, managing director of Cubo, said “We are very pleased to have opened Cubo in Nottingham city centre. It’s great to be able to offer these services to large and smaller companies alike. Cubo is a great working environment.”
