City centre acquisition
Staton Young has purchased a third property in the heart of Derby, at 10 Wardwick.
The deal follows Staton Young’s acquisition of 4 Victoria Street, the former Post Office building in Derby city centre.
Earlier this year, Staton Young opened Cubo, a new concept for luxury office space in the heart of the city, set in a Grade II-listed building. Staton Young kept the original features of the historic Post Office building and has transformed the space into 20,000 sq ft of luxury, modern office space with reception, co-working, hot desking, meeting rooms and communal areas.
All three investments are located close to the £200m Becketwell regeneration site in the city centre.
Lucy Wilde, associate director at the company said: “We are very pleased to have secured the purchase of this building and are, of course, delighted to be once again investing in Derby.”
