The challenge sees them undertake a triathlon a day in five UK cities which started on Monday in Belfast and totals a climb of 16,888 feet. The pair will run, cycle and swim in freezing conditions both indoor and outdoor to generate cash for Sport Relief.

Dean Jackson, Founder and Owner of HUUB Design, said: “Greg and Professor Whyte have set themselves a huge challenge and the least we could do was ensure they had the right kit for the task ahead of them.”

Next month shall also see Don Amott, local businessman and owner of Bondholder Don Amott Leisure, complete the HUUB-organised Great Northern Running Event.

The event will include 2k and 10k races as well as half marathon. Don will be completing the event to raise money for sufferers of asbestos cancer.

Don said: “This is a great event for everyone and I really hope the local community will take this opportunity to enter or come along on the day and cheer on the runners.”
