Krispy Kreme Arrives in Derby

More than 100 doughnut lovers queued up last week at Bondholder intu Derby for the opening ceremony of Derby's latest addition, Krispy Kreme.

Established in America in 1937, Krispy Kreme later arrived in the UK in 2002 offering a range of delicious and indulgent treats.

At the front of the queue was Jack Shakespeare who arrived at 7:30am to be first in line.

Krispy Kreme's Marketing Manager, Judith Denby, said that the company had been looking at Derby for a few years now, waiting to find the best location and site:
