Bondholder Legal Eagles
Many of our Bondholder Solicitors have recently announced exciting news or initiatives they are currently working on including a £100 deal, double awards nominations, double accreditations, long service awards and even supporting work experience students from fellow Bondholder Derby College.

Next hitting the headlines, Flint Bishop's leading debt recovery service has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards organised by the Credit and Risk Collections magazine. Flint was nominated for the “Legal and Enforcement” and “Collections” awards, adding to various previous accolades earlier on in the year.
Two lawyers at Bondholder Nelsons Solicitors have achieved membership to the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), illustrating the firm's expertise in the area.
Noel McNicholas has been an associate member of ACTAPS for two years, enabling him to apply for full membership which he secured this month.
Nicola Parr has also reached a milestone in her ACTAPS membership receiving associate membership status earlier in the year.
Smith Partnership has been celebrating the impressive 150 years' worth of combined service between six of its staff who have been presented with rewards to mark their continuous service and for delivering outstanding support to the firm.
Finally, Geldards has given a week's worth of work experience to a Derby College business student in a move which further strengthens the firm's close links with the college.
Geldards has a long-established relationship with Derby College and is keen to build on this through work experience placements like Nicola's.
