Geldards Boosts Expanding Real Estate Team

Leading law firm and Bondholder Geldards has further expanded its nationally renowned real estate team with the appointment of commercial property expert Leanne Cook as a senior associate.
Following the addition of Heather Dixon and Tiffany Cloynes to the team, Leanne specialises in property development work associated with commercial sites. Leanne advises clients on acquisitions, occupational leases, completion of planning agreements, forward sales and funding agreements.
