intu Derby Sees Revenues Rise
The owner of Bondholder intu Derby has reported a strong first half of the year with a rise in revenues.
Intu Properties, which bought the centre from Westfield last year, said that in the six months to June, revenues grew to £281.9 million – up from £261.5 million a year ago.
The firm, which owns shopping centres across the country, said that it has been boosted by the continued improvement in demand for retail space.
This has led to its rental income growing from £17.6 million to £186.4 million.
