Strong Growth Figures in Derby & East Midlands
According to a UK-wide report by RBS, the East Midlands has surpassed all regions other than London and the North West in terms of regional growth.

Of the East Midlands region, Derby is top of the chart with a whopping 4.1% growth. Business services, construction, retail and transport have all added to the growth of the East Midlands and means another 50,000 jobs could be created, bringing unemployment in the region down to 5.5% – lower than the UK average.
