“We’ve found people are more prepared to spend time here and go to a restaurant – we’re looking to capitalise on that.”
— Dan Murphy, General Manager at intu Derby

Joe's Kitchen

As well as evening meals, Joe's Kitchen is ”fun, welcoming, casual, down to earth and wonderfully simple” and will be open for brunch, lunch, coffee and tea, snacks and desserts where diners will feel right at home.

Byron

Byron was the subject of media coverage in 2013 when George Osbourne posted a picture of himself eating a takeaway burger from the chain as he put the finishing touches to the Government's spending review.
