Bondholders Named as Best UK Employers

Marketing Derby Bondholders, Rolls-Royce and PwC are amongst the Top 25 companies in the UK to work for, according to a study by jobs website, Glassdoor.

The list was put together based on employee insight and feedback given anonymously to the website over the past year. Thousands of users rated how satisfied they were with their company overall, how well they feel their chief executive led the company, whether they would recommend their employer to a friend, as well as key workplace attributes including career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture, and work-life balance.

Rolls-Royce was praised for being a “great employer for young engineers”, and ranked at an impressive 13th, with accountants and business advisor, PwC, which placed 10th and cited as a “great organisation in which to learn and develop skills.” 

Coming in at 14th, Hays Recruitment was quoted as a place where there's “bags of progression and support”.
