Castleward Scoops Construction Award

£100 million residential development by Bondholder Compendium Living is celebrating its latest success from the East Midlands Forum for the Built Environment Awards.

The development was awarded prestigious industry award, the 'Refurbishment and Regeneration'. Castleward will feature 164 new homes, 16,500 sq. ft. of commercial space and a boulevard of new community of sustainable homes and businesses.

Project Manager at Compendium Living, Ian Woodland said: “We are absolutely delighted that Castleward has been named the Refurbishment and Regeneration project for the East Midlands. We are proud to receive this recognition so early on in the life of the project, with work on phase one of Castleward currently underway, and to know that we are making such a positive impact on the city of Derby.”

Counsillor Martin Rawson, Deputy Leader at Derby City Council, commented: “I am delighted that the Castleward Development has won this award. The Council's Labour-led administration is committed to delivering high quality new homes in our city centre.”
