This week we've seen a couple of our valued Bondholders making the move to brand new offices in order to supplement expansion, increased workloads and innovative new ways of working.

Expanding engineering consultancy, Rogers Leask, has now taken over the entire ground floor of St James House on Mansfield Road due to increased workload. The premises have seen a brand new open plan design with refreshed carpets, ceilings and environmentally-friendly lighting, heating and cooling systems. The new offices also have a 'break-out' area where staff may relax.

Another Bondholder making the move is GCI Derby (formerly Orchid IT) – setting up camp at their new home in Darley Abbey Mills. Brett Critchley, Director of Managed IT, said: “We are now a fully cloud-based business so there is no need for a complex internal IT set up and such a big office”. GCI encourages remote working and hot-desking, although there are always spaces available.
