The Yard Derby

We are a small property development company based in Burton-on-Trent. In 2021 we purchased a small plot of land at St. Peters Churchyard in Derby city centre.

A planning application is in place with the intention of creating an outdoor street food market, consisting of 12 stalls, seating for 100 people and ancillary structures.

We have named it The Yard and hope to start works in summer 2022 with intended opening in early summer 2023.

Marketing Derby provided the springboard for local companies to thrive and connect in the exciting new developments and investments in the city.
