Founded in 1982, St James Securities is an owner managed commercial property development company based in Leeds. Over the years we have established an enviable reputation for delivering ambitious developments, on time and to budget, enabling us to develop strong relationships with occupiers, landowners, local authorities and consultants alike.

Following a management buy out in 2013, our current focus is the identification, acquisition and delivery of urban regeneration and retail warehouse schemes.

We have developed considerable expertise in these areas and have well established good working relationships with many of the major retailers and funds as a result.

Our work has been recognised both nationally and internationally including the RICS International Project of the Year award for The Round Foundry, in Leeds.
