So, what makes us different?

Having worked in the sector and gained many years’ experience across a diverse range of HR & employment law issues – we REALLY know what works and more importantly what doesn’t. Developing real relationships with our clients is key to our success and top of the list is not confusing them with legal jargon.  In a nutshell – we take complicated situations and give simple solutions. We don’t use jargon and we don’t sit on the fence. When we are given a problem, our job is to help solve that problem, not recite the law!

Our clients get a dedicated advisor who can advise on HR and Employment Law matters. This means strong, trusted and long-lasting relationships are forged between our clients and their advisor. We really get to know our clients and their organisation, often then providing especially tailored advice for the organisation – it also means consistent advice.

We assess the risks and give choices based on that risk, meaning clients can take more commercial decisions if they want to. We will actually tell them what we would do in the situation, and all this will be delivered in a straightforward way.
