Masson Mills

Masson Mills is a key component of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. No longer operating as a factory, it is now home to a textile museum and visitor centre, events space and meeting rooms, and specialist hydropower company Derwent Hydro. Clean hydroelectric power is generated on-site and provides electricity throughout.

The Mills also offer exciting vacant spaces for businesses looking for new retail, leisure or office premises.

We see Derby’s future as being inextricably linked with the area’s proud technologically and industrially innovative past. Masson Mills is an integral part of it. We see our vision of providing a link between that past and a green industrial future as being absolutely central to Derby’s future too.
