We are passionate about Derby and it’s future. Our mission is to have Derby recognised as the UK hub for personal development and become the ‘happiest’ city in the UK

– We hold one of the fastest-growing personal development events in the UK every January called Ignite Your Inner Potential – this event grows every year. In 3
years we have grown from 70 attendees in 2017 to 350 in 2020! This event is now held exclusively in Derby.
– We have one of the most successful public speaker training programmes in the UK. Our 2-day intensive ‘Create and Speak’ programme is attended by business owners and senior leaders. We choose from these graduates our speakers for our annual events; such is our faith in what we teach.
