HDK Events is run by a husband and wife team and is all about getting groups out into the Peak District and Derbyshire. We specialise in creating seamless and hassle-free experiences for customers wanting accommodation, activities, transport and/or catering.

HDK Events is an umbrella term for the different groups that we look after.

Hard Days Knight is our Stag and Hen party designated branch.

HDK Pursuits is our corporate focused branch.

HDK Kids is our families and kids parties’ branch.

Peak District Pub Tours – is new to our services and creates bespoke pub tours across the region.

We are looking to increase our ‘local market’ which we would describe as small to medium sized companies looking for employee team building, staff rewards and client entertainment days. We see ourselves as a ‘go to’ for a hassle-free way to deliver these experiences. As we work with numerous activity centres and activity providers, as well as the leading property owners in the region, we can deliver unique experiences but with the same level of customer service time and again.

Traditionally our market has very much been groups from out of area, and we really want to show the value we can bring to local businesses. Our ethos of ‘getting you out of the office’ not only brings the benefits of any team building experience, but is also great for wellbeing and mental health – something that is really important to businesses nowadays.

As more people strive for a healthy work life balance I see Derby being ideally located by one of the first National Parks, and with its diverse and heritage business landscape it will be a desirable place to be.
