Its mission is to create one million better workdays through facilitating great recruitment, developing effective leaders and providing occupational mental fitness & performance coaching for teams and individuals. 

The company is environmentally active with the sponsorship of a conservation meadow in Derbyshire, England. Our ‘Tree for Every Placement’ scheme commits to joint fund the planting of an oak tree whenever a permanent placement is made or when a client contract is signed, a fruit tree is signed.  In the past 12 months, Ford & Stanley have planted almost 300 trees alone, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental commitment.
