Clinical deal for Salloway

Salloway Property Consultants has helped a beauty clinic relocate to a village in South Derbyshire.

Calla Aesthetics, which has been operating since 2008, has moved from Etwall to Repton.

It has taken over a former retail unit in High Street, which offers ground and first floor accommodation.

Fit out works will now take place ahead of doors opening in January.

William Speed, from Salloway Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of a private client, said: “It’s great to see such a well-established business move into the thriving village of Repton.

“The surrounding community provides a far-reaching catchment area and provides the perfect location for a business such as Calla Aesthetics to grow and thrive.

“Repton was crying out for an exciting new occupier to take space to breathe some life into High Street – Calla Aesthetics will certainly provide this and bring more people into the village.”
