Law firm appoints new senior associate

Nelsons has welcomed a new senior associate at its Derby office as part of its continued expansion.

Beth Bearder, who has been a qualified solicitor for more than eight years, has joined the firm’s employment law team.

She specialises in several areas of employment law, including discrimination, unfair dismissal claims and contracts of employment.

Beth said: “I’m so excited to have joined one of the region’s leading law firms that is so well respected by other professionals.

“The culture, vision, and values of Nelsons all resonated with me, and I love empowering my clients and steering them through the complex legal issues they face.

“It’s an exciting time for the firm as we approach 2022 and I am keen to build relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new client relationships.”
