Property group boosts its portfolio

Devonshire Property Group, which is part of the Devonshire Group, has expanded its commercial portfolio with its latest acquisitions.

The group, which was established to manage and develop both residential and commercial properties, has bought Poundbury West Industrial Estate, in Dorchester, which includes two units, totalling over 18,000 sq ft.

It has also acquired City Trading Estate, in Norwich, which is a 40,000 sq ft site with six units ranging from 4,970 to 8,720 sq ft.

The new acquisitions follow the sale of two properties last year, including a 102,000 sq ft warehouse at Markham Vale, a joint venture with HBD and Derbyshire County Council.

In addition to its commercial portfolio, Devonshire Property Group also has a pipeline for over 2,000 homes across Derbyshire and Yorkshire over the next 20 years.
