Construction giant Bowmer + Kirkland has announced it has opened applications for a wide range of degree apprenticeship opportunities in 2025.

The firm, which is one of the largest and most successful privately-owned construction and development groups in the UK has a wide range of construction related degree apprenticeships available covering a range of job roles including quantity surveying, site management, site engineering, estimating, design, mechanical, electrical and building services management.

School-leavers and their parents/carers are now being invited to attend an event at Derby Museums’ Museum of Making on Wednesday 22nd January at 5.30pm where they can find out more about the opportunities available.

Following a short presentation on the company, visitors will have a chance to speak to B + K’s existing degree apprentices covering each of the job roles it has available.

Emma Hibbert, senior quantity surveyor and member of Bowmer + Kirkland’s Training Board, said: “Our degree apprenticeship scheme is always popular amongst school-leavers and this event is a great chance to find out about the apprenticeships we have available for 2025 and to understand the benefits of working on exciting projects and gaining vital experience while studying for a degree that is fully funded.”

To register for the open evening e-mail m.hallsworth@bandk.co.uk by Monday 20 January.

Degree apprenticeship applications will be live at http://www.bandk.co.uk from 22 January and will close on 21 February.
