Law firm advises on international deal

Flint Bishop has advised on the sale of a Polish-based packaging firm to a German company.

Martyn Brierley, head of the law firm’s corporate team, acted as lead advisor to the selling shareholder of Peak Packaging Poland on its sale to Liner Factory, a subsidiary of the German corporate group, Ringmetall SE.

Headquartered in Bartoszyce, Peak Packaging Poland is a specialist supplier of large container liners for the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry sectors.

The sale follows on from Flint’s prior work earlier in the year in demerging Peak Packaging Poland from the wider Peak Packaging business operating in the UK.
