Personal injury lawyer receives national recognition
A senior associate at Timms Solicitors has been recognised for her expertise by a national professional body.
Natasha Burnett, head of personal injury and clinical negligence at Timms, has been awarded senior litigator accreditation status by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers – a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting injured people.
Natasha specialises in all aspects of personal injury law – advising and supporting clients who have suffered life changing injuries including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, multiple fractures and industrial illness.
She said: “Membership and now recognition as a senior litigator by APIL is very important to me, and I wholeheartedly share the association’s vision of a society without needless injury but, when people are injured, that they should receive the justice they need to rebuild their lives.”
Timms Solicitors’ managing partner Fiona Moffat said: “We are extremely proud that Natasha’s hard work and dedication has been officially recognised in this way.
“As well as being an excellent lawyer, she is sensitive and supportive in her approach and provides practical advice to her clients who are going through a very difficult time in their lives.”
