Clowes makes brace of promotions

Property firm Clowes Developments has announced it has promoted two of its two surveyors to associate director roles.

The Ednaston-based company has promoted Hannah Bailey and Kevin McFarlane, who have been working towards the promotion over the past couple of years.

Kevin heads up the asset management team at Clowes and manages a growing team of experienced and highly regarded Surveyors who take care of the group’s vast asset portfolio.

Meanwhile, Hannah has undertaken various development projects at Clowes since joining in 2018.
