Business hub answers law firm’s call

An expanding law firm has become the latest business to join Oberoi Business Hub’s client portfolio.

Lovedays Solicitors, which has offices in Matlock, Bakewell, Wirksworth and, more recently, with Brooke-Taylors in Buxton, has appointed Oberoi Business Hub to handle its call handling function.

As a result, the Pride Park-based Oberoi call handling team will deal with all of Lovedays’ incoming calls, while also providing 24/7 and online live chat support.

The team will provide regular management reports to monitor the nature of incoming calls and the response efficiency.
