Flexible office operator Cubo has opened its second workspace in Scotland.

The latest Cubo occupies the entire second floor of Aurora, a building in Bothwell Street, Glasgow.

Its features around 20,000 sq ft of office accommodation, with about 500 desks across 21 private offices and two co-working areas.

The company’s arrival in Glasgow is its second venture in Scotland, following Cubo Edinburgh, which opened in Princes Street in July last year.

Marc Brough, chief executive at Cubo, which has two sites in Derby, said: “We are thrilled to launch what we believe is the best-in-class new grade A space in the city.

“Cubo Glasgow will offer a range of cutting-edge amenities designed to enhance productivity and well-being and provide businesses with a dynamic environment where they can thrive.

“We already have a number of pre-lets and look forward to delivering exceptional workspaces tailored to the needs of modern businesses.”
