Applications open for R&D grants

The University of Derby has announced it is now accepting applications for grants, which support research and development.

The capital grants, which are available through the Derby Innovation Accelerator project, will support R&D, including decarbonisation activities.

The project will provide up to 40% match funding on purchases that meet the project eligibility criteria, with grants provided to organisations being a minimum of £6,000, and a maximum of £20,000.

It is expected that the capital grant funds will be available on an open application basis, rather than through application rounds.

There is limited funding available for these grants, so potential applicants are encouraged to submit their proposals as soon as possible.
