Sarah appointed to mental health charity board
The founder and chief executive of Calm In a Box has joined the board of a mental health charity.
Sarah Markham has been appointed as a member of the board of trustees for Derbyshire Mind.
Derbyshire Mind focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing for people across Derby and Derbyshire.
It provides a range of advocacy and community wellbeing services designed to support people with mental health problems, as well as raising general awareness of how to proactively manage for better wellbeing.
Calm In a Box helps organisations create ‘CALM workplaces for work/life brilliance’.
Sarah set up the business in 2019 while working as a global HR director and taking care of her young daughter.
Today, the business has evolved into a holistic wellbeing consultancy on a mission to help organisations create calmer, happier and healthier workplaces.
This is achieved through designing and delivering cultural change and employee engagement programmes, development workshops, inspiring wellbeing events for leaders and teams, one-to-one and group coaching and the calm shop.
