Places available for business growth course
The University of Derby is urging senior managers at SMEs to sign up to a new management programme, designed to help their businesses grow.
Applications are now being accepted for the Help to Grow management programme, which aims to boost their business’s performance, resilience and long-term growth.
The 12-week programme, which is 90% funded by the Government, has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work.
The university has two available cohorts, the first starting on 5 July and the second on 7 September.
Programme facilitator Koushik Das Sarma said: “Resilience is not just the ability to act quickly to immediate problems, it is also the strength to visualise and deliver the change that is required through a long-term lens.”
