Agent appointed to market luxury apartments

Clowes Developments has appointed an agent to market the remaining properties at a luxury apartment complex it has built in Matlock.

Since constructing Riber View Apartments, Clowes has successfully sold or let a number of the 47 apartments, which range in size from 450 sq ft to 765 sq ft.

Now, it has appointed Boxall Brown & Jones to market the remaining properties.

Jo Hutchinson and Anthony Lomas will be leading the sales team on behalf of Clowes Developments.
