Marketing agency expands team with university graduates
Full-service agency Balls2Marketing has strengthened its team with the appointment of two University of Derby graduates.
Emily Fox joins the team as a graphic designer, while Harry Morgan as PR account executive.
The pair are part of the company’s graduate programme – a pathway which has allowed other members of the Balls2 Marketing team to progress into senior roles.
Emily, who graduated with a degree in graphic design in 2019, will oversee all design work for clients.
She said: “I’m so happy to have been given this opportunity at Balls2 Marketing and am really excited to be starting my career with such a vibrant team and industry.
“The chance to work with some interesting clients is amazing and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me here.”
Harry Morgan joins as PR account executive after graduating in Specialist Sports Journalism last summer. His role focuses on writing copy for clients as well as press liaison.
He said: “I’m very excited for this opportunity at Balls2 Marketing and can’t wait to start my career in the PR industry.
“Balls2 Marketing is an ambitious agency working with some big clients and I look forward to the challenge of working alongside those companies to help them grow.”
Sarah Ball, client strategy director at the firm, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, said: “Emily and Harry are a fantastic addition to the team.
“We have had several graduates come through our programme who have gone on to senior roles at the company and we’re hoping that Emily and Harry will do the same.
“We’ve had a strong link with the University of Derby for several years and it’s important to us that our relationship with them continues.
“In what has been our most successful year, we are continuing to grow as we are set to move into new offices closer to the city centre, so Emily and Harry join us at a brilliant time in our business.”
