Business tech firm scoops top award

Focus Group is celebrating after one of its teams scooped a national award.

The firm’s Think Healthcare team, which specialises in advanced cloud telephony systems for NHS GP surgeries, has been named Contact Centre Provider of the Year award by Gamma.

The team delivers cutting-edge solutions tailored specifically for the healthcare sector.

Think Healthcare can configure advanced features within its contact centre, which gives GP practices the ability to both improve patient access and work more efficiently amid the pressures the NHS is currently under.
