Electrifying deal struck for industrial unit

A deal has been struck for a unit on a Derbyshire industrial estate.

Bowers Electrical, which specialises in the supply of new and refurbished power and distribution transformers, switchgear motors and associated products and services, has secured the freehold of the unit at Heanor Gate Industrial Estate.

The deal was secured by agents BB&J Commercial, on behalf of its client Middy Tackle International.

Cameron Godfrey, agent and surveyor at BB&J Commercial, who was responsible in negotiating the transaction, said: “I’m delighted to have facilitated the successful sale of my client’s industrial/warehouse unit to Bowers Electrical.
