Bondholders delivering exclusive development

Matthew Montague Architects and Chevin Homes have teamed up to deliver an exclusive new residential development at Mickleover.

The project at Manor Farm involves transforming existing redundant farm buildings into a cluster of homes.

Construction work is now underway and once complete, it will comprise five single-storey dwellings and one house, in a private cul-de-sac setting.

Matthew Montague Architects said it came up with a design that blends tradition and modernity, respecting the surrounding area.

Architect Matthew Montague said: “I’ve been involved with this site for over five years, working with Chevin Homes most recently to gain approval, for the last two.

“However, planning discussions go back as far as 2014, so it has been a long time in the pipeline, largely due to the sensitive location.”
