Water efficiency firm relocates to city

A water efficiency and sustainability specialist has relocated to Derby.

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Salloway Property Consultants has let the 4,000 sq ft unit at the Parker Centre, off Mansfield Road, to H2OiQ Ltd.

The firm, which has relocated from Worcestershire, helps its customers gain water and energy efficient buildings and reduce costs in respect of all water and waste related charges.

Hugo Beresford, associate director at Salloway, said: “I’m delighted that I was able to secure a high-quality occupier for my client and at the same time line up the tenant with the space that they needed to enable their impressive growth plans.
