Training provider expands onto Pride Park

A national health and safety training provider has expanded onto Pride Park.

3B Training has taken a 3,250 sq ft industrial unit in Royal Scot Road following a deal completed by Salloway Property Consultants.

William Speed, from Salloway, completed the deal on behalf of long-standing clients Ivygrove Developments.

He said: “It’s great to be able to place another national business in a prime location within Derby.

“The letting to 3B Training emphasises the fact that Derby still proves to be top of the list for many regional and national occupiers.”

Dave Brooks, executive chairman at 3B Training, said: “This move has allowed us to expand our office space and means we can offer a wider range of courses to our clients in the Midlands.”
