New industrial hub launched

A new industrial hub, which will be created close to the M1 has been launched.

Once complete, EM Point, which is being developed by Litton Properties, will feature four detached units, ranging from 6,750 sq ft to 18,200 sq ft.

In total, the development will offer 51,000 sq ft of space across the four-acre site.
