Brace of successful lets secured

Deals have been done for two retail units in Ilkeston, which have both been secured on long-term leases.

Agents BB&J Commercial negotiated both deals, which saw units let in Bath Street and the Market Place.

La Belle Bridal Boutique has taken occupation of 20 Market Place, committing to an initial five-year lease, with the intention of expanding its business along the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border.

Meanwhile, a local beauty salon has signed a 10-year lease on a newly constructed unit in Bath Street.

Cameron Godfrey, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial, who secured the deals, said: “I’m pleased to have negotiated successful lets for both clients, adding to the growing number of successful deals achieved within Ilkeston over the last 12 months.”
