Street food brand opens at Derbion

Derbion has welcomed the addition of an Asian street food brand to its dining offer.

Chi has opened for business next to the Food Terrace on Level 2 of the leisure and retail destination.

The grab-and-go style restaurant offers shoppers the chance to taste and discover a range of Asian cuisine with a modern twist.

Chi is the fourth new eatery to open at Derbion in recent months since over £3.6 million was invested into its dining offer.

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “We’re delighted to have officially welcomed Chi to Derbion, and to offer our shoppers a new cuisine that is different to all the other restaurants we currently have in centre.

“We’re committed to bringing a range of dining experiences to our visitors and we’re confident that Chi will be a big hit.”
