Sort appoints new group managing director

Property, legal and financial specialists Sort Group has announced the appointment of a new group managing director.

Keith Ahmed, who first joined the business in 2018 as head of finance and compliance, has taken up the post.

With 15 years’ experience in law and 10 in financial services, Keith’s change of role to group managing director will see him take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business and assume responsibility for its key deliverables.

Sort Group, which incorporates SortRefer, Sort Move and Sort Legal, has seen significant growth over the last 12 months.

Keith said:  “I’m delighted to have taken on the key role of group managing director.

“This is a hugely exciting time to be in the industry, which is already seeing so many changes brought about by technology.
