One of the UK’s leading luxury watch and jewellery retailers has unveiled its newly-refurbished store at Derbion.

Goldsmiths, which is part of the Watches of Switzerland Group, has opened the doors to its new concept showroom, which boasts a modular design, luxury finishes and matching colour scheme.

The revamp has involved expanding into an adjacent unit, increasing its in-centre footprint by 1,000 sq ft.

Elsewhere in Derbion, jewellers Beaverbrooks has increased its in-centre footprint to 1,628 sq ft.

And Ernest Jones recently significantly invested in its existing space to offer shoppers a wider range of big-name brands, refreshed store design and new in-store experiences.

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “We’re pleased to reveal that Goldsmiths has reopened its doors following a full refurbishment, meaning that our customers can now enjoy the refreshed space and discover a wider range of jewellery names.

“We’re thrilled that three of the jewellery industry’s leading names have recently invested in their stores at Derbion, reflecting their confidence in the centre and Derby.”
