Suite deal as existing tenant expands

FHP Property Consultants has announced the letting of a suite at Nurton Development’s Cardinal Square to an existing tenant.

AGI Global has agreed to let Suite C at the office complex, in Nottingham Road.

Cardinal Square has undergone substantial investment over the past 18 months, which includes the comprehensive refurbishment of the office space, resurfaced car parks and an “office garden” providing meeting pods and unique break out space.

Darran Severn, from FHP Property Consultants, said: “AGI Global has been a tenant at Cardinal Square for some 15 months.

“Due to rapid expansion, this is the second occasion they have upsized to larger accommodation, originally taking space within the Business Centre.

“They now occupy 3,776 sq ft on the Third Floor East, which is capable of accommodating 40 plus people.

“This is an excellent result for both AGI Global and Nurton Developments, the owners of the building.”
