Recruitment firm named best place to work for women

Sellick Partnership has been ranked number one in a survey about the best places for women to work in the UK.

The professional services recruitment firm topped the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2023 list, which is compiled by Great Place to Work UK.

The accreditation, which highlights the dedication to creating an exceptional environment for women to thrive in their careers, is part of the company’s wider diversity and inclusion strategy.

Sellick Partnership has a 69% female workforce, and 59% of women in managerial positions.
