Hat-trick of lettings at business park

Joint agents for a Derbyshire business park have secured three new tenants.

OMEETO and Landa Associates have let a total of more than 11,000 sq ft at Solomon Park industrial estate in Ilkeston.

Having won the brief to market four prime units on behalf of Heritage Properties, Sunny Landa and joint agent Chris Wright have brought in a trio of businesses to the Ilkeston site.

The new tenants are Graft Events, Craner & Kirkman and Total Engineering.

Chris, who is director of OMEETO, said: “We had healthy levels of competitive interest.

“Working jointly with Sunny we were able to see these lettings concluded and keys handed over within three months of coming to market.”
