Growth at GCA
Bondholder GCA has continued the successful development of its infrastructure team, with the addition of an experienced drainage and highways engineer.
Following the successful award of a number of frameworks, and a diverse and growing workload, GCA is optimistic about the future of development in the Midlands. The infrastructure team delivers drainage, highways, flood and transport solutions across all sectors.
In recent years, GCA haa been involved in flagship developments in Derby, including fellow Bondholder Derby Museums the Museum of Making, where they joined the Virtual Board set up to collaboratively deliver the innovative project on the site of the world’s first factory.
Its local work forms an important part of a national, and international portfolio which includes work on Disney sites across the world, and major cultural developments such as the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
Managing Director, James Thomson said: “The challenges of Covid-19 have been significant, but GCA’s team made an early decision to pivot to home working and after two months we have settled back into ‘business as-usual’. To be recruiting at a challenging time is a mark of the Infrastructure team’s hard work, expertise and the service we bring to a wide range of clients.”
