Bondholders up for residential property awards
A number of Marketing Derby Bondholders have been shortlisted for awards, which recognise the best residential schemes and property companies in the region.
The shortlists have been revealed for Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards, which celebrate the region’s thriving residential sector.
Among the nominees is Lovell, which has been shortlisted for the Social Housing Award and Housebuilder of the Year.
Matthew Montague Architects is a finalist in the Architectural Practice of the Year, while Freeths is nominated for Law Firm of the Year.
And a project in Nottingham delivered by a team including Bowmer + Kirkland has been shortlisted for Apartment Development of the Year.
Ian Griffin, deputy editor at Insider, said: “Once again we’ve had a wide range of strong entries from an array of businesses, including major developers, architects, consultants and SMEs.
“This year’s shortlist reflects continued buoyancy in the market, despite the economic headwinds.”
The winners will be revealed at a gala dinner in Birmingham on 15 June.
